We meet organizations where they are and help turn vision into structure through our community engagement consulting. With practical planning, clear workflows, and hands-on support, TMD assists partners in nonprofit consulting to strengthen operations, improve communication, and develop sustainable programs that are easier to manage, sustain, and grow.

Our team is intentionally small, agile, and mission-driven, specializing in community engagement consulting and nonprofit consulting. We bring hands-on experience in urban forestry, sustainable program development, and project execution—working directly with neighborhoods and partners to create lasting client relationships.
