As a small, grassroots organization, The Tree Museum of Dallas works with organizations—not over them. We believe the most effective solutions come from collaboration, listening, and strengthening what already exists. Our consulting work is grounded in real-world operations, community engagement, and project execution. We embed ourselves alongside your team to help clarify goals, streamline systems, and build sustainable programs that actually work on the ground.
We don’t offer one-size-fits-all strategies. We help organizations become better versions of themselves—more efficient, more aligned, and more impactful.

Our consulting team is intentionally small, agile, and multidisciplinary. Each member brings hands-on experience across operations, project delivery, and community coordination—allowing us to support organizations from vision to execution.
Our Operations Specialist brings extensive experience in organizational systems, project oversight, and cross-functional leadership. With a background in project management, site inspection, construction operations, nonprofit leadership, and process automation, they focus on building practical workflows that improve efficiency, accountability, and long-term sustainability. Their work bridges strategy and execution—helping organizations move ideas into action while maintaining operational clarity.
Our Coordinator Specialist serves as the connective tissue between people, programs, and partnerships. They currently coordinate both the Hilltop Scholars Program and Honors & Scholars at Southern Methodist University (SMU). Originally from San Antonio, they earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and History, with a minor in LGBTQ & Women’s Studies, from the University of North Texas as a first-generation student. During their undergraduate years, they were an active member of the service-focused fraternity Alpha Phi Omega, where the principles of servant leadership deeply shaped their personal and professional path. Since graduating in 2020, they have worked across nonprofit and education sectors with a focus on community engagement and leadership development. They are currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration at SMU, continuing their commitment to public service and organizational impact.
Our Project Specialist focuses on team development, project execution, and implementation support. They work closely with internal teams to define scopes, manage timelines, and ensure projects stay aligned with organizational goals. With a strong emphasis on collaboration and adaptability, they help translate big-picture objectives into achievable milestones while supporting team growth and cohesion throughout the process.
